IT’S A GREAT DAY FOR A HOT SANDWICH WITH SAUCE! ~ Mornay Sauce is a creamy, cheesy sauce on our croque sandwiches and the Louisville Hot Brown. The Croque Park Avenue (MY FAV!) is Black Forest Ham, spinach, red onion, and garlic aioli all grilled on Italian and topped with Mornay.
