I did HIIT for a while. It is short, intense, and the workouts change frequently. Each workout is like 90 seconds tops and you do a bunch for like 15 minutes.

As an example: WA state is a very liberal state (in comparison to others). Pretty sure we were the only full state to go *more blue* in the 2024 election.

That being said we have a huge, huge population of hunters. Hunters typically use guns. Lots of guns in WA, a very blue state.
