In our new RESI Policy Brief “Tackling the 'cost of capital' crisis in small vulnerable nations” we find that if 10 SIDS issuing bonds from 2003–2023 had paid interest rates equivalent to those paid by the G7, they would have saved $34 billion: odi.org/en/events/re...
