"It is good to grasp the one and not let go of the other. Whoever fears God will avoid all extremes." (Eccl 7:18 NIV)
The world is too polarized. We need to find a middle road.

Greene's fall from favor with Trump, to me, highlights how Trump demands 100% allegiance to him. Which, as a Christian, seems an awful lot like worship. #Greene #Trump #idolatry

I’ve got AJR’s song “The Big Goodbye” stuck in my head. This one shows depth in their music, but it takes research to know what exactly this song is about. I think anyone can relate to it from a perspective of growing up, in many contexts.

What inspires you?
Me: everything.
Like this leaf that I almost walked by. It’s not a leaf, it’s an alien…an alien’s face, no…a spaceship…a butterfly…an explosion, of some strange chemical…no, paint spilling out a bag…a little faerie doing push-ups…the . . .

No one should have to face such threats.

It would’ve been nice if Greene had realized this before she amplified and endorsed calls for executing Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama.

I don't agree with the MAGA movement. I believe it is largely racist, divisive, and relies on conspiracy to motivate its adherents. However, it was refreshing to hear Ben Shapiro clearly separate it from the rhetoric of Tucker Carlson and Nick Fuentes.

My daughter told me she learned about Samson at church. When I asked her what she learned, she told me that she wanted to ask God for wisdom to be kind to others. I'm not sure how the story of Samson guided her to that, but I'll take it. #ProudDad

It's funny that Trump is threatened enough by Mamdani that he endorses Cuomo. Personally, Mamdani's ideas seem to make a social/civic experiment of NYC that isn't likely to succeed. But I'm curious; I could be wrong. (I live in Denver.) #NYCMayor #Vote
