Breakfast was banana, chia oatmeal with some soymilk (+ a small spoon of pumpkin syrup) and a cup of coffee with homade lowsugar pumpkin syrup

I am slowly geting angry at that yogurt treat :[
I did not want to have it today, I didnt want to eat it, I didnt know what els to do and I hate tossing food.
But having eaten it feels like it was a worse choise then tossing it in the bin? GAH I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THESE FEELINGS!

Had this yogurt treat that had gotten a hole in it when it traveled home a few days ago :(
