Andy, please read the article you referenced. It was first signed in 2017, and it has expanded exponentially. I believe this is quite a different animal than the original, or what we do with other countries. This isn't just training.

It was a $12 million deal that was signed by the first Trump regime, in 2017. So this was brought to us by Trump. Remember that his son-in-law got 1.5 billion dollars from Qatar, when he reluctantly left office in 2021.
