2024 is depressing. But 2026 is coming.

2024 saw ignorance win over awareness. But 2026 is coming.

2024 abandoned the "least of these". But 2026 is coming.

2024 brought fear, and anger, and threats of retribution. But 2026 is coming.

2026 is coming.
He must have gotten an advanced copy of his victim's posthumously published book coming out son. He's so lucky! I've always wanted to read a pre-publication book like that. Only really rich or important people get to do that.
This exchange reminds me of one of my now-grown daughters who decided at 12 that she didn't like bathing. We had to give explicit instructions to get in the shower, turn on the water, get under the water, use soap, etc. Excruciating detail. I think some attorneys need contempt charges.
Americans decided that paying for healthcare via taxes like you do is off the table. So they instead pay a higher percentage of their income for "health insurance" products that have high deductibles and co-pays for most services. We'd be better off adopting your plan.
Swear her in. Release the Trump-Epstein files.
Sorry. I won't bother you again.
Ask the doctor about creasing them. They often have a rebound effect. I found that oral Meclizine, the same drug in Bonine, worked to keep my nausea at bay after my stroke.

It took a week to get over the Scoplomine patches. Rough week.
My grandson, who is deaf and attending Syracuse U plays pool with a legally blind kid who can barely see shapes. They are now nicknamed "Helen Keller". My grandson is the "Keller" of the pair, but evidently the monikers apply only when they are together.
I see it and am responding to it.
Thanks! Looking forward to it now
I'm out of touch. What book?
But, we are told for the 1,000th time, "this time it's different."
Who has the power again?
Who has the power again?
BOLO for Californians:

I received a text from the SoS that my ballot has been mailed. We should be receiving them in a few days. We will be voting and dropping off our ballots at the county center drop box because I worry about illegal intervention by the Trump admin on the mail.
Not to mention that the shutdown has nothing to do with Medicaid, but with ACA subsidies, which no undocumemented person can possibly get.

And yes. release the Epstein files!
EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN!!!!
Amid all the misinformation about Medicaid, don't forget about EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN EPSTEIN!!
I thought you muted me.
That's a good point. I think that when people tell me that the GOP has always been MAGA. So why should we worry about MAGA at all? It's such a self defeating attitude.
Anxiously awaiting our ballots, which we will drive to the county center drop box, just in case there's any interference from a weaponized postal service (I didn't trust anything Trump can touch).
Again, your bias is proving you don't actually engage with individuals. Instead you do battle with your imagination. I haven't mentioned my faith once, yet you've gone out of your way to bring it up.

Unworkable solutions don't help. They only distract. Do better as a human first.
I certainly won't. I've never liked his style of music or the gross misogyny that is so prevalent in hip hop culture. My hope for him reforming has less to do with him personally than it does for any future potential victims. Less victims is a good thing. So I hope for reform for all such bad actors
You are making a lot of assumptions about others based on your prejudice and bigotry. Try to be a better human.
As I said, there is no practical way to do this.

It must be a comfort to you to be able to posit an unworkable solution and then claim anyone disagreeing with you lacks courage. At least it prevents YOU from doing anything else so you can rest comfortably in your arrogance.
I think the Federal courts have less "time off for good behavior" than state prison systems. He has to serve about 85% of the sentence. But he might get early release to a half way house, credit for time served, or other programs intended to help him reform.
It's odd. I am not her demographic as a 69 year old boomer who doesn't like modern pop or country music very much (too much auto tune or pitch correction and way too much singer credits for songwriting when they change a weird or two). So I don't get her at all. But hate her? I don't get that either
If the military complies, like they did in Los Angeles, we need to be prepared.
