The decision to take Milan-Como abroad has been a really difficult one for the FIGC. Initially, it seemed they were behind the idea, but now they are facing pressure to change the decision, especially after La Liga did.

We recently wrote to the WA Deputy Premier outlining our concerns regarding the proposed @seriea.bsky.social fixture in Perth.

We all appreciate the support for football, but at a time where junior rego fees are rising rapidly, we feel the reported $21m can be better spent within the local game.

We've received feedback from FSAA members regarding the FA+ membership program. The FSAA Committee shares similar concerns regarding price, lack of adequate consultation and rushed implementation.

We have expressed these concerns with Football Australia and are waiting for a response.
