This is nothing new. China has been working for at least a decade if not longer to make the South China Sea an area controlled and operated by China. Something akin to a Chinese lake.

Maybe they can convince a subservient Republican-led Congress & SCOTUS that the War Powers Act doesn't apply, but international law does. And all indicates are that the Trump regime actions amount to murder. Remedy, a one way ticket to The Hague & life imprisonment.

THIS IS IMPORTANT: DO NOTHING MORE. Do not approach them. Do not act aggressively. Just show your unity & resolve. And watch them freak out. And make sure you get video of the entire event, because you know they'll lie about what happened.

So here's what you do ... when the crowd is large enough, get everyone to be completely quiet. 10 or 15 seconds should do it. (The silence will raise the level of fear in the targeted group.) Then begin with a simple unified chant, such as "Leave ..." & stamp your feet in unison.

However, if the people start to chant and/or stamp their feet in unison, the crowd no longer looks to them like crowd. They appear as a unified group, an unbroken & unbreakable whole.

It's fantastic that people are protesting ICE & their despicable behavior. When people show up as individuals each raising their individual voices, ICE sees them as cluster of individuals that they can attack as individuals.

so filing the indictment in the FL Southern District from a legal standpoint made the most sense.

Or potentially in NJ because there was evidence that Trump had transported classified documents to his NJ golf property. But in deference to Jack Smith, all the crimes that were listed in the indictment occurred in Palm Beach,

They had already seen that Cannon would bend the law and process to protect Trump. Nevertheless, they filed it there & drew Judge Cannon. I understand that the case could have been filed in the District of Columbia.

Agreed save for the fact that the DoJ cannot fire a Federal Judge or Justice. Removal requires an impeachment and conviction. I believe the strategic error was for Jack Smith to file the case in the FL Southern District where chances were high that they would draw Cannon as the presiding judge.

Local authorities should be able to claim jurisdiction (including state authorities) for an investigation since they're investigating a state crime.

Based on the actual evidence (not the lies the ICE is telling), this looks like attempted murder (2nd degree). A state crime. This agent should be to State of California authorities for indictment & prosecution. Gov. Newsom: if you haven't already, you need to follow ICE & crack down on them.

The truth and reality have never been a consideration for Trump. He's always lived in a world of his own making. However, during this Trump regime, Trump has a large cadre of people with authority who are willing to live in that world with him. That puts all of us at serious risk.

This is the kind of dirtbag creep ICE has been recruiting. And the worst of it, he's probably not the worst of the bunch. There are more deranged, racist & despicable people ICE has been hiring. ICE will have to be closed down & everyone fired when Democrats take power. There's no reforming it.
