It's not only the owning that provides the wealth..but also the rent he charges....that is income ...income tax?

If he leverages his property...the property value always goes up...that is capital gains...capital gains tax?

A good point...but spell out how

He needs to specifically target the rules that allow these hyper rich to not pay enough tax

Eg: Hedge fund mgrs who 'carry' profit at a low % but
it's really a capital gain with a fancy financial cover, but ultimately, it's income ..taxed too low

Ive done similar damage..I just had to re-frame best I could with an ever so slightly narrower mask...it's a bummer!

Also I spent ages drawing a dog's head and body ready for line and charcoal effort, only to smear it with blue paint I'd caught on my sleeve from a sky scene I was doing earlier

Rare cuts mean cheaper loan rates from the banks to the ultra rich guys in hedge and private equity who buy and asset strip companies- leaving them with huge debts, and broken employee pension funds.
They sell out, take their cash with them, and buy another multi million dollar big yacht
