High risk loans, for low credit scores, have much higher rates because typically there is higher risk of default to the lender.

Perhaps the issue is more with the credit scores being inaccurately low forcing the taking subprime loans and agreeing to crazy high interest rates.

Hmm. I had Lib Mut in IL for 14+ years, no claims for house/cars. Refused to renew my auto and put me in a high risk pool after I got rear ended! I switched TO State Farm for both home/auto and saved a few thousand.
Have had one claim since. Rates up slightly for a year, then stabilized.

Those States are going to need to coordinate on lots of other things typically coordinated Federally. Perhaps agreeing to help each other out during natural disasters as they will no longer be getting unconditional help Nationally, despite paying more than their share in tax dollars.

Use AI journalists specifying they report only from a non-critical thinking, Trump appeasing, perspective and save even more money.
If they are to resemble females, they must be young, blonde, busty, and wear large prominent crosses on delicate chains around their necks and defer to any AI males.

When do white conservatives accept that they would be the minority party if States had fair maps (proportioned by statewide election outcomes)? There must be some stage in the process when they realize minority rule will be the country's downfall and lead to an authoritarian taking total control.

Because crime was down in Chicago, Pam. ICE has not gone after violent criminals in more violent areas, but instead disrupted stable neighborhoods, harassing their citizens, children, and neighbors. ICE has hung out at bus stops and court buildings seizing people otherwise living their lives.

It isn't the tariffs themselves that are being challenged, it is Trump's vision that he can impose tariffs on anyone at any time for anything, all by himself, without any Congressional approval, that is being challenged.
