A very dangerous bias:

Overconfidence bias: an expert in one field is not necessarily (and maybe not even likely) an expert in an unrelated field.
A good hairdresser is not necessarily a good cook.
A good sports figure/entertainer/celebrity is not necessarily a good or effective politician.

Musk suffers from the same delusion as his fans: he imagines he knows things because he has money. This has caused him to repeatedly embarrass himself publicly, and the humiliation makes him more resentful of criticism instead of triggering self reflection. He shouldn't be anywhere near government
