I've always wanted to see a bill introduced (and passed) that says the only animals allowed to graze on public land have to be native to that ecosystem, which would allow bison to return to public lands.... among many others.

Thanks! Can that be done on drawing paper or did it need to be on watercolor paper to absorb moisture? I'm trying to get started with colored pencils and not quite getting the results I want yet.

What if there was a massive global benefit concert, like Live-Aid... Then all the money raised went to buying out the corrupt in Washington? Surely they couldn't refuse a few extra million. I'd pay to stream that if I couldn't make it.
