UPDATE 11/21:
The project management team is aware that there are issues that have to do with the light cycling on Mallett Drive and Desert Road. They are working on adjusting the detection system, along with fine tuning the timing.
We will continue with updates regarding the project's progress.
Police & Public Works have been fielding a lot of calls about the traffic at the bridge on Mallett Drive, particularly about the length of red traffic lights.
Please note that this is a Maine DOT project, in partnership with T.Y. Lin project managers.
