Yeah that makes sense. Been a weird season, the sudden rise of long throw-ins, more target men strikers, a lot of teams appear to be bypassing that part of their attack. Wonder if it carries on.

FPL wise I won’t be touching anyone playing in that type of position for a while.

Are there any attacking midfielders performing in the PL this season? Wirtz, Xavi, Rogers, Paqueta etc all struggling to make much of an impact, is it tactics or just lower quality?

Just realised West Ham play Friday as well as today, don’t usually see that.

With double West Ham I’m not sure whether I like the fact they could damped this GW and then ruin the start of the next GW before anyone else plays.

I’d get that if they wasn’t in Europe and hadn’t spent £100m+ on players that don’t fit that system 😂 seems a bit defeatist to waste the new signings and Europe to just scrape survival. Also don’t understand it being long term contract rather than till end of year

Going against Kane failed for me also, my star striker stuck on my bench but ended up with 3193.

Wanted to wait, but I can’t afford to lose any more value. Otherwise, I’ll have nothing left by the time I WC. So, Saka and King come in for Xavi and Reijnders. I’m feeling the most positive I’ve been all season.
