here it is on a map (marked in blue). the section of track south of the station that runs through the middle of the city is non-existent nowadays

it was a part of a larger railway section that ran through the center of Bratislava and this station is the only thing left, presumably because there were plans to reintegrate it into a new network. that however never ended up happening so it was just left to rot.
