happy timezones! going to be taking very high vitamin d medication to hopefully bring up my very very low levels up quickly! my deficiency is classed as "extreme" so i'm wondering if a lot of my symptoms have stemmed from it!

being told over and over "why can't you function" or "other people can do it" or "you used to able to function" is not a fun vibe :'(

my mum says it all the time and i feel SO guilty that i seem to make life so hard for my parents. but i can't move out bc i have no money ;w;

struggling with emotional dysregulation is really tough and i appreciate everyone who sticks by me through the mood swings, the meltdowns, the crashouts, the bad days, the good days - everything 🩷

it's been hard to adjust to the reality of struggling more these past few months but getting there ❤️‍🩹

it hurts so much bc it feels like im irrelevant to everyone just because i can't work or i live at home w/ my parents still
