Purity tests don’t help anyone. Different people have different reasons why they can or cannot boycott. I stopped actively paying Paramount. I get my merch secondhand now. Watching PlutoTV sometimes is a better alternative 🖖🏻

There were a few moments in Lower Decks that were similar to the below Academy moment…but it wasn’t how the show was marketed. The warmth was EARNED through us getting to know the characters. This feels forced, and not in a good “90s coming of age movie” way

So Bluesky people, this X-ray is my left hand and that red circle is around a benign tumor in my bone. TLDR; it has been causing pain in increasing frequency for about 18 years. I found out it was there in October after thinking I had arthritis. /1

The $400 Lego enterprise is kinda cool, but the fact that they are only giving the shuttlecraft along with purchase and not having it as an accessible product for the masses says Star Trek’s merch people continue to give no fucks for regular people. They only care about rich collectors
