They should've known the shooter wasn't a Democrat because he actually did something instead of just writing a strongly worded letter and then compromising with the fascists.

This isn't going to be Civil War 2. This is going to be Revolutionary War 2. It's not a political disagreement between state government. This is an authoritarian occupying military force. Red hats are the new Red coats. This is a conflict of people v government tyranny.

I keep trying to give myself breaks for my mental health but it's impossible to not be political about everything when fascism is washing over and destroying your home affecting everyone you love.

I appreciate the posts where people point out fascist hypocrisy (like this guy or that have immigrant parents/spouses) but they don't care. They can't be shamed, they can't be changed, they can't be reasoned with. They can only be removed against their will.

Ghislaine Maxwell only talking to the DOJ in private gives the trump admin all the pretext they need for silencing political opponents. They can arrest anyone they see as a threat by merely claiming "they were on the list" while she can testify to the "innocence" of anyone they want to protect.

My therapist says a version of this to me every week. "Ignore the capitalist brainwashing. Your worth is in giving love and compassion, in touching the lives of those around you, not some fucking pile of money you earn for rich ass holes." He's a real cool guy.
