claro que se comprometa a recopilar la información y organizar la reunión solo cuando haya un plan de acción definido.

Mantente alerta a frases del tipo:
- "Vale, lo maduramos y lo volvemos a hablar".
- "Suena bien, lo vamos viendo".

Un tip de productividad super simple para reuniones.
No pospongas decisiones o acciones que se pueden tomar en ese mismo momento. Cada vez que alguien sugiera "dejarlo para otra reunión", haz pushback.
Si de verdad es indispensable esperar porq faltan datos, perfecto pero entonces que haya un owner

Allí se repetía mucho el mensaje de: “Queremos que la gente haga challenge de nuestras decisiones”.

En la práctica, muy poca gente lo hacía.

¿La razón? Los pocos que se atrevían solían llevarse un buen zasca en público por parte de alguien con más peso en la organización.
