Hoy he hecho el que creo será mi último curso en fin de semana. No me da la vida, mi curro ya me demanda demasiado como para el finde estar currando.
Y de hecho voy a cambiar el modelo radicalmente, haré dos cursos al año de cada tipo y listo.

Es increíble lo que mejora tu vida la AI a la hora de hacer performance reviews. Eso sí, siempre que vayas tomando notas del feedback que das a la gente.
Algo que llevaba horas y horas por persona y era tedioso, se convierte casi en una mera revisión.
Obviamente require trabajo,

Un tip de productividad super simple para reuniones.
No pospongas decisiones o acciones que se pueden tomar en ese mismo momento. Cada vez que alguien sugiera "dejarlo para otra reunión", haz pushback.
Si de verdad es indispensable esperar porq faltan datos, perfecto pero entonces que haya un owner
