Hoy he hecho el que creo será mi último curso en fin de semana. No me da la vida, mi curro ya me demanda demasiado como para el finde estar currando.
Y de hecho voy a cambiar el modelo radicalmente, haré dos cursos al año de cada tipo y listo.

Es increíble lo que mejora tu vida la AI a la hora de hacer performance reviews. Eso sí, siempre que vayas tomando notas del feedback que das a la gente.

No pospongas decisiones o acciones que se pueden tomar en ese mismo momento. Cada vez que alguien sugiera "dejarlo para otra reunión", haz pushback.

Un consejo que no me canso de dar a nivel profesional. Si haces mucho ruido para nada y acabas desperdiciando el tiempo de la gente, dejarán de prestarte atención. Luego te preguntarás por qué no consigues mover nada
