hi this is skaro he is 8 weeks old and his dream is to bite every face in the whole world
Ghost and ghoul season is upon us!
Spoil your brats Saturday? Half of their normal kibble, topped with woolf ultimate air-dried fish/salmon, a boiled egg from my mum's backyard flock, deer shot by my uncle, blueberries from a hike back in august (and Sparta's glucosamine supplement, which keeps ending up in Troj's bowl by accident.)
Well into her senior years, Sparta still blows me away at every opportunity. She may not give as many bruises barrelling into me as she used to, but she's always ready to go, always first up the trail, and always the last to quit. 🙌
What a lovely colour combo you have there 😁
my autumn girlies 🍂
"It is September, and something is different. It is September, and the days have gone sinister – from first eye's open to last slow breathing." #wtnv
Sparta is size of a shoe and brimming with spite ❤️ In july, her little toothpick legs put down over 130km above the tree line! Not bad for a geriatric 5kg shrimp.
Sheltie! Thank you 🐶❤️
The light was exquisite but the most important thing about this photo is her grimy little paws <3
8 years ago - we were still living at the family farm, which sits high up on a slope of an agricultural valley. It only took around 30 minutes from walking out our front door to pass the alpine forest line.
I like this behind-the-scenes version of Luna the Japanese spitz' first stacked photo better than the proper version, because with the hand you can see how fckn tiny she was 😭
From my favourite end summit 👌
Locally named a boltit or a fjello, the eurasian dotterel is a member of the plover family. It's a fairly rare find in my area, and this was my first time seeing one up close!
is this one of those sable shelties, or...?
Do we even need a caption?
my favourite (but least useful) lookout 💙
as she should!!

We just came back from one of my bucket list hikes - three days spent tenting in one of our protected landscapes. Got well sunburned, bitten by insects I can't name in places I don't wanna talk about, saw three white-tailed eagles, and snapped this photo just as a thundercloud rolled in
