A little update...so, 2/2.5 years ago I weighed in at 29sr 2lbs. The heaviest I've ever been, the saddest I've ever been.
Today, I'm 158lbs/11st 4lbs/ 72kg lighter than that...
I've got a diagnosis for my anxiety/depression, I've had a gastric bypass and I'm in therapy, working on it...
