You are right but since I use it for school, if stuff like the digital exam software my uni uses drops support for 10 after EOL then I've got no choice but to update (hopefully they won't anytime soon)

as for the click-dragging: seems like the snapping to grid is too strict so you need to drag further than you'd need to move something. Or sometimes halfway through dragging the object stops moving... ugh teething problems

musescore 4.6 finally having support for bar numbers at the bottom center of the bar is a lifesaver, but now the right-click seems to trigger the context menu even in note input when it's supposed to add a rest... seems like there's some problem with click-dragging objects too😭

In other news nobody will care about, this bird's name has been changed from B. striata to B. atricapilla after a species split proposed in 2023. This was only followed through by the big bird checklists in March 2025. Only found out today.
