Just realised that the United away game is a 2:30 kick off so I could actually get there in time so decided to check train prices and hahahah. I’ll stay home.

It’s been criticise the WSL for some of the changes they’ve proposed over the years but this is a welcome change to the League Cup 👏🏻 finally removing CL clubs being allowed a bye to the knockout stages and introducing more games.

I was curious so I checked and the last time that 2 of the clubs that are in the champions league, so therefore have reached the quarter finals courtesy of a bye, were drawn against each other was 2020-2021. Surely the chance of that happening is ridiculously low?!

Imagine if Women’s Football wasn’t just treated as a joke. Is a little professionalism too much to ask for? Imagine thinking that saying “what do we think of Tottenham?” would be fine?

I’ll obviously support them whenever I can but I have to say I am pretty happy I didn’t make the nearly 10 hour round trip to Bristol for this game.
