I think of this as the South Park experiment even though it's in AZ instead of CO. At a school in Tempe, about 70 third-graders (technically their families) will get $200/mo in guaranteed income for 3 years. We can only hope this inspires an episode of South Park about UBI.

Once again my mind returns to what I think of as Earth’s Worst Gun, this unforgettable mid-1600s nine barrel pistol with nine fixed, non-amiable barrels connected to a single trigger, presumably for firing into the enemy line before the charge. I do want someone to pull this out in the next Mad Max.
Handheld pistol in a museum display case, with nine barrels in a fan shape almost like a tiny deadly pipe organ, connected to a single implausibly small grip.
