The cool thing with these are the recycled vintage book pages used to take up the moisture in the flowers. They work so well and are fun to read!
I know I usually do fiber art related stuff, but I’ve been obsessed with pressing flowers recently, and have made a range of pocket presses, adorned with beautiful New Zealand flora. They are in my shop on fiberygoodness now and I ship everywhere (US excepted sadly). youtube.com/shorts/L9qoC...

I’m just waiting for nz post to restart shipping again and I’ll be resuming sending those items too :) Looks like they won’t take too long to get set back up
tinyStudio ships globally! I am New Zealand based, and it ships from Australia, UK, and USA. Many non-US businesses have problems shipping to the US as carriers have had to pause while they update systems. I have many US eaders so wanted to let them know they can still order with confidence
Issue 28 is now live! I’m happy to bring an amazing group of makers in this lovely format 💕 it’s available in print or digital, and yes! still shipping to the US with no tariffs or extra shipping 🙂 Find it on the fiberygoodness.com website #handspinning #yarncrafts
The best way I like is to use is to add an iron on interfacing on the back of the fabric before I run it through the printer. It doesn’t wash out and I stitch for decoration rather than on clothing. The lines are easily covered with the stitches too. Not 💯 sure this works on all printers
I draw digitally first and laser print onto the fabric. Before I had the laser printer I used to use transfer graphite paper, I still use this to transfer designs onto spinning wheels. It’s pricey but really good and can be used multiple times - www.amazon.com.au/saral-transf...

My current relaxation project, this design was part of the artwork I did for my Majacraft Luna spinning wheel, so I’m making an embroidered piece to match! 98% is handspun thread in merino and silk. #handspun #stitching #embroidery
This is a fascinating article by Kimberly Alexander, I love to learn about the history of textiles in different parties of the world!
Excited to share my article ‘Combing History: Flax & Linen in New Hampshire’ [Tiny Studio #27] The issue created @fiberygoodness.bsky.social
