Something really strange is going on.

The Welsh Government have said they won't be publishing the waiting list figure for Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board "pending the outcome of an external investigation into the quality and governance of its data".

The data is already a week overdue.

Yesterday I challenged the Government on its failure to support rural and off-grid households trapped in fuel poverty
🟢25% of Welsh households - in fuel poverty
🟢A Senedd committee warned it could take until 2160 to retrofit all fuel-poor homes – this is utterly unacceptable

The morning after Lindsay Whittle's stunning victory for Plaid Cymru in the Caerffili Senedd by-election Welsh Labour’s First Minister Eluned Morgan called Kier Starmer asking for help for Wales. In today’s budget having a Labour government at each end of the M4 showed its benefits. Wales got F-All.

Plaid Cymru called for bold action on the cost of living crisis

But Labour's dishonest tax rises and a failure to cut energy bills means ordinary people will pay the price once again 😠

Mae cyllideb Llafur heddiw yn cadarnhau’r hyn rydyn ni eisoes yn ei wybod - pan mai San Steffan sy’n gwneud y cyfri, bydd Cymru ar ei cholled.

Nid dyma’r gorau y gall pethau fod i Gymru.

Bydd Plaid Cymru bob amser yn sefyll cornel ein cymunedau ac yn mynnu gwell 💚

Labour’s Budget confirms what we already know - when Westminster does the counting, Wales loses out.

This is not as good as it gets for Wales.

Plaid Cymru will always stand up for our communities and demand better 💚

It’s a disgrace 1 in 4 people in Wales are in fuel poverty. Everyone should have the right to be warm and healthy in their homes.

Mae'n gywilyddus bod 1 o bob 4 o bobl yng Nghymru mewn tlodi tanwydd. Dylai pawb gael yr hawl i fod yn dwym ac i aros yn iach yn eu cartrefi.

Nothing in Labour’s Budget changes the fundamental unfairness facing Wales.

Labour has given up on Wales.

Plaid Cymru is the only party standing up for our communities, demanding the fairness and ambition that Wales needs and deserves 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Wales is a net exporter of energy - yet people here still pay some of the highest energy bills in the UK.

Today’s Budget changes none of that.

We deserve fairness, and control over our own resources.

‘Evening’ - #RSThomas
(No Truce with the Furies, @BloodaxeBooks)
Evening

The archer with time
as his arrow – has he broken
his strings that the rainbow
is so quiet over our village?

Let us stand, then, in the interval
of our wounding, till the silence
turn golden and love is
a moment eternally overflowing.
