Yes! Lbh uses his blood but make sure to mix it with a drink to give it to A-Yuan (without disclosing that it’s his blood). A-Yuan drinks it and on that same day he feels so much better! He’s able to breath properly and even has lots of appetite and the color has returned to his face! SJ is so

I love all of these ideas. But my fave is by far the 3rd one, where SJ is at first angry but actually sees the chance there. Not just because he can get out of poverty, but because he can actually help the commoners like him!
