There's been some really bad letdown losses from good teams since the Packers lost to Cleveland, and tied the Cowboys. I'll take a relatively easy home W, even if down to down, it didn't always feel that way.

I did some dumbbell benching, yeah. One of the more accessible exercises with my leg locked out dead straight. Working mostly hypertrophy was kinda fun overall, but I still kept 1 strength day.
