At the very least you'll have to replace the matching ones on the his and the muzzle (because a plastic snap won't fit with the metal counterpart.)

I'd recommend replacing all, for consistency/aesthetics, and because the remaining metal ones will degrade the latex over time in the same way.

If you do that, you'd have to drill out all the snaps (in the hood and the muzzle) and replace them all. I've done it a few times, it's a chore but doable.

The brand name for the plastic snaps I use is "KAM snaps". I use size 22 snaps.
