My quick read on the Bolton indictment--it is a substantive indictment, alleging that for each of 8 docs (in which he shared classified info), he sent, then retained the information.

If the classification descriptions are real, it is a very serious case.

The Kryptos K4 plaintext has been "solved", although it would be more accurate to say it's been found by accident. The solution has been confirmed by Sanborn but has yet to be revealed publicly.
