for the purpose of the residency, anyone who self identifies as an artist, or is willing to lie to me about it, is valid. Even if i hate their art (which hasn't happened yet) I accept literally anyone that fills out the form correctly (which is easy to do). the only issue right now is the AI thing.

do i stand my ground or do i give tacit approval to this guy who is honestly great at "arts admin/promo", and probably a great asset in that regard???? real question. AI isn't his whole thing, i think he only did 1 proj with it.
