We had the 7th highest wages in 2023/24 and Ange got us 5th, the man's a genius.
Surely we should have been expected to come second, by that logic.
Used to hear it a lot at London aways, sometimes and West Ham and Arsenal and always at Chelsea. Since COVID I don't think I've heard it a single time, not saying it's stopped but maybe the racist cunts are scared of getting recorded now or something.
Bill Leslie and Andy Hinchcliffe apparently
But he did lose to Spurs in a Champions League Semi Final with a 1 goal lead and just the home tie to play.
he also got knocked out the Carabao cup against this guy and lost in the league at Tottenham to make his record 0-3 against him in the league last season. Maybe equally bad was ten Hag losing 3-0 at home to the same guy earlier in the season though. All to a Spurs who finished 17th.
That was a coincidence, Marinakis doesn't have any control of Nottingham Forest, he told UEFA all about it in April to avoid them being booted out of the Europa Conference.
The only bit that's probably very much to do with Israel & being called Antisemitic is that normally UEFA would've stepped in after Amsterdam and would've banned Maccabi Tel Aviv away fans for a certain number of games. I suspect they were scared to and have left it to others to make the tough call.
Anyone checked the odds on Ange Postecoglu taking the Rangers job?
No need to wait until morning
Do we all still believe that Marinakis isn't a "person with significant control"of Nottingham Forest and hasn't been since April?
Ange gone with £4m in his pockets, along with his hands. Good reward for being predictably godawful.
When Chelsea have beaten us recently they've derailed our season, today's win very much left Notts Forest on the same rail they found them on.
He is not built for the Premier League, taking that job was folly and I suspect he'd know it if he wasn't quite so deluded.
Not sacking someone at the end of one season because he had ten good games at the beginning of the previous one would be a bizarre call. The tenth of those games having been 66 league games ago.
I think we all know it's Bentancur, better before the injury but still the best of the hold who's played more than an handful of games.
But just 679 years ago, on this day, the English beat the Scots at the Battle of Neville's Cross so it's not all bad.
Jenrick's a Newcastle fan. Apparently.
Villa hosted Newcastle 4 times in the 80s. Jenrick would've been 7 when the decade ended. To be kind I'll assume he didn't get to the 1984 game when he was 2 years old so he's claiming to have been when he was 3, 4 and 7. Must've been quite the keen away fan.

I suspect we'd be hovering around the relegation zone and preparing to sack Ange before the January window opens
UEFA should've decided this one, a long long time ago
