i cant even lie im honestly quite happy with my current weight.... but id be way happier at bmi 14 soooo ~15 more kg to gooooo except thats not happening for like another year bc i dont have the energy to deal w my parents monitoring my weight and what i eat

thats somewhat of a hyperbole bc ive mainly just been snacking more and eating less proper meals. so im eating more often but it ends up being close enough by the end of the day that idc.

erm other than that my diet has been wack asf 😭 if im working, i barely eat most days before and during my shift. always eat dinner bc j cant get out of it easily UNLESS im closing (getting off 8-9pm) but on days that im not working im inhaling everything in the house

my weight has been fluctuating but staying in the 50-60kg range. im not too worried since rn im just trying to maintain this weight until i can get my own place bc my mum points how how "skinny" ive gotten ALMOST EVERY FUCKING DAY. just bc i lost 30kg doesnt mean im skinny yet MOTHER.
