There is now a new easier way to give.

Clive, husband of one of our brilliant volunteers, very kindly took lavender from their garden and sold it to customers at Corkk Canterbury, where he is the Master of Wine, raising money for the Foodbank.
Thank you so much to Clive and Ann!
Thank you, thank you to the congregation of United Church Faversham for the wonderful donation of Harvest food.
Greatly appreciated!
We support several people who are unpaid carers for members of their family. The system doesn’t care for them, so we have to.
The number of people providing full-time unpaid care has increased massively, as the social care system approaches breaking point.

Imagine landing an interview for your dream job.

But you don't own a laptop, and you can’t afford internet or phone data – all of which are essential when so many interviews are online.

People receiving Universal Credit are plunged into impossible situations like this every day. It’s not right.
Faversham Foodbank is in a similar situation. Every donation is vital to ensure we can support the local community.
💬 “As the foodbank enters its busiest autumn/winter period, it is vitally important we receive food donations from our community so that we can help those in crisis.
Public food donations to Monmouth's foodbank have fallen by 55% in three years, which meant we had to buy in food last autumn/winter.
If you’re going shopping, below are the items which we need most.
Thank you!
As we went through the picking list of food, he kept saying unselfishly, “No, I won’t have that because someone else will need it more than me.”
It is for people like him we have a Foodbank in Faversham.
Please continue to help through your donations of food and money.
Thank you.

A retired gentleman visited the Foodbank because he had run out of money.
He budgets to have enough to live on.
A broken boiler left him without hot water or heating and he had to pay to get it fixed, leaving no cash to buy food.

Demand at the Foodbank from people who need our support is going up and the donations we are receiving are going down.
One way to help is to make a donation of food - however large or small - by going to givetoday.co.uk/favershamfoo...
Choose what u want to give, pay and the Foodbank gets the food.
