Hang blankets in doorways/pad under doors with cloth to keep drafts under control, if you can get the cheap window plastic to cover and insulate those old windows (theyre like a buck or few at dollar tree and stuff) all in all just bundle, bundle anything sensitive to cold, create warm rooms etc

anything can be an addiction if it takes you to dark places HOWEVER it is not on others to control and throttle themselves for your lack of control. thats for therapy. I love your art though, nothing to ever feel the shame for when it does bring joy, especially for yourself 💙
