Ever heard of the Hero’s Journey? Even if you haven’t, you know it: Star Wars, LOTR, The Lion King, even Shrek follow it. A hero leaves, grows, returns changed. It's one of the oldest plot recipes out there.

Including food in your novels can activate 3 of the senses for your readers, and can be a marketing tool! 🍔

A meal stands out to a reader who then tries to make it and posts a recipe. Later, someone come across it, gets curious of the source of the recipe, and picks up your book.
