I think the ship has sailed tbh. A mix of factors like gamers’ lowered standards, the extreme nostalgic appeal of Pokemon, and a desire to play the game everyone else is playing makes it kind of impossible to fight against

Pokemon is a machine that might genuinely be too big to fail.
