Having self-esteem issues related to the way you look sucks so bad. Any small comment, even is it's just an unintentional friendly joke, on your looks can just sent you into a spiral of self-hate and feeling bad about yourself.

A friend posted a picture of a dude being kinda cringe on facebook while we were on VC and said the guy looked like me and then another friend, saw the pic with no context of what we were saying, joined VC and said "Sorry you're gonna have to fight your doppelganger to death, Fah.". I'm so upset.

I honestly live a really blessed life. I met so many kind people that have done so much for me. From a person I met on tumblr getting me my dream job straight out of college to friends that have helped me through my dad's passing, to my girlfriend who accepts me the way I am. I couldn't be luckier.

If there's one streamer I'll always watch it's @patstaresat.bsky.social Pat probably doesn't even remember as it's been years since we last spoke, but he personally guided me through my first FF14 dungeon and taught me about the game. I had always been a huge fan of his work so I'll never forget it

I always feel so embarrassed that I come out of the gym a sweaty mess with my hair looking like shit, but I gotta remember that that shows that I was working hard. If I came out of the gym looking exactly how I went in, then that'd be the real problem.
