I try to be especially vigilant about AIDS denialism because preventing AIDS deaths is in that mental space for me of a struggle that ties people together. If someone is denying AIDS then it's like, just on a practical level that isn't a person who can share community with me.

I ended a friendship because someone started talking about vitamin c curing AIDS. The demanded them to take that back. They said they wouldn’t.
