I was in Europe working for a while and overstayed my VISA by a couple of months. Oops... Back in the day, I owned a CB radio and radar detector to avoid being picked up for speeding... No state has the resources to root out all crime. Other than ICE, the administration is dismantling the rest.

The courts said? The courts are told what to believe... And there's numerous cases of Hispanic Americans being harassed and detained by ICE. That might be fine for you, but it certainly sucks if you're Hispanic.

My understanding is they are picking up everyone who appears to be Hispanic and sorting the rest out while they are in detention. That's seems to be stomping on everyone, with little regard for the constitution.
