One thing I love using vibe coding for and don't see talked about much is building config files. Usually a task that is boring and tedious AF but vibe coding can make super easy in my experience. Vibe configuring?

Well now we're getting somewhere. Trained a 2-on-2 player model for 1.3B (with a B) steps over the course of nearly 6 days. Here is what a shot chart (each one simulating 10K possessions) looks like at steps 5%, 25% and 100% of the way through training. 😁

Hey coach what are the keys to the game tonight?

Well, we want to get off to a slow start. We want to make sure to focus on only the big things like the score and conserve our energy for our next game against a big rival school. Also Bobby is trying to get drafted so we need to feature him.

I think AI is the reason why pop music is suspiciously good right now and I’m not complaining. The robots have already won.

Rage bait might officially be the word of the year but self-care was the people’s choice.

Pedro Domnigos has invented this new programming language for AI called "Tensor Logic", based essentially on using Einstein notation (eg einsum in torch). I feel like he missed an opportunity to call it Albert, but either way, seems like an
interesting project! arxiv.org/abs/2510.12269
Tensor Logic: The Language of AI
Progress in AI is hindered by the lack of a programming language with all the requisite features. Libraries like PyTorch and TensorFlow provide automatic differentiation and efficient GPU implementati...

Welcome to Derry two thoughts: 1) way too high a ratio of cute kid to racists dying and 2) I’m not crying you’re crying 😭

Netflix is trying to buy WB but first they have to prove they are part of the same household and that could take months and they’ll just give up and get their own account.

One small silver lining of the Trump era is how much it makes me appreciate history in a way I never did or frankly could before. They say you need to learn from past mistakes but unfortunately humans learn most from making their own...again and again :/

6-7 is fine but 10-1 in Virginia could be amazing.

You would think with the Warriors constantly using 3 guard lineups their offense would be near the top of the league and their defense would be near the bottom. But it’s exactly the opposite. 6th in defense and 23rd in offense.

Haven't seen enough DP to include him, so right now my top 3 picks would likely be Cam, Wilson and Flemings.

After SCOTUS judicially overturns birthright citizenship the next step in the playbook will be requiring national ID to vote. It will come with an exorbitant fee which obviously should be illegal but they will ram this through by fiat. The Court will allow it and democracy will die. The end.

So, one thing I'm learning is that BasketWorld needs SCALE. This is an episode after nearly 600M steps of training. This training run is scheduled for 1.3B steps which will take about 4-5 days in total running 24/7. It's wild, but the results are encouraging. This is starting to look legit.

I keep seeing comments like “Even the Supreme Court wouldn’t…” and I’m like what game are you watching? There is no “Even they” threshold that is going to save us. That’s wishful thinking.
