So true @garywalshco.bsky.social evaluation is about impact and benefit. It's about the difference being made. Incorporate evaluation and learning into service delivery and involve the people being supported. Great advice @vssn1.bsky.social event @glasgowunisrc.bsky.social

Good evaluation should be about what matters. ❤️
The focus of evaluation is outcomes – what difference you make (or not), how you make that difference, and to whom.

However, if you provide support or run services that prevents something, the difference can be hard to evaluate… 🤷
