My dad has just remembered where it is. It’s called Longa Island, near big sands beach.near Gairloch , west Scotland. I was staying at that caravan park at the time.

Ive lost my notes on exactly where this is. It was up near Lochinver in Scotland, in2005 on Velvia on a NikonF5 with a Nikkor 20mmF2.8. I just call it the unknown island. It's got a pretty distinctive shape. If anybody knows where it is Id love to know! #Landscapephotography #photography #scotland
