FINAL UPDATE: Owners of the photo identified! They did not lose a home in the fires, but did evacuate. Possibly the photo was lost during that. The photo will be returned to a family member shortly. We are very happy to be able to see it back home. Many thanks to those who spread the word.
UPDATE: We have tentative IDs on the people in the photo. No working contact info yet. But people directly affected by the fires have a lot on their minds right now. Thanks to all for help getting out the word. Special thanks to KCAL and reporter Dennis Valera.
