2024 was extremely hard for me and im still reeling from being sick and injured for a long time and other crushing struggles. im climbing my way back this year to get things back to normal and my resolve is stronger than ever. thank u for supporting me despite not showing much🩵

If you are an artist struggling with a nagging discomfort or pain when you work.
Stop.
Go and get that shit checked out and start doing recommended, corrective exercises. It will not get better if you just push through. It will get worse and harder to correct. Please take care of yourself.
