3. 🇽🇰's political elite needs to come together, across political and ethnic differences & form a strong majority in the Assembly, to ensure ratification of the #GrowthPlan agreements and advance with the 🇪🇺-facilitated Dialogue.
Without this, more opportunities will be lost.

2. 🇽🇰's voluntary #alignment w/🇪🇺’s Common Foreign & Security Policy, incl. on support to 🇺🇦, is highly appreciated.
🇪🇺 #integration is Kosovo's strategic choice, but last year was lost to political stalemate.
To help 🇽🇰 progress on its #EU path, we need functioning institutions.

At the European Committee of the Regions Working Group on #Kosovo mtg in Pristina today, I underlined that 70% of #EU #integration-related reforms need to be implemented by #municipalities, making them key to the #enlargement process.

Attack perpetrators must be held accountable.
