Sen. Mark Kelly is saying that the murder of the 2 survivors of an American attack in the Caribbean "may be" a war crime. What about the deaths of the other 81 innocent people? The entire operation is unethical, unlawful, and should be investigates as such. The despot has essentially declared war.
