Black people are 20% more likely to be convicted of a crime than White people if the jury is all White.

If there is ONE Black person on the jury, then the conviction rates for Black and White people are virtually the same.

Almost 50% of American juries are ALL White.

I bring all this up because it's easy for White people to believe Black people are just inherently dangerous than it is to believe the American Justice System is just inherently racist.

White people are 400% more likely to successfully use a Stand Your Ground Defense than Black people.

Which is crazy to me since Stand Your Ground is the lowest bar anyone has to hurdle as an affirmative self-defense claim.
