I’m in a reallyyy weird place with a friend because I confronted them (gently-ish) about something they’ve been doing for months I didn’t like, they got defensive and became aggressive and I had to use a lot of energy (5 page letter) to reassure and calm them down.

Approaching with curiosity, not judgement has been the mantra for my life since last year when I took that group therapy course. It's been amazing for my mental health

I painted a new canvas! I dont normally paint two canvases in two days, but what with all the pictures of Northern Lights, I was inspired to try painting my own.
